The Services are provided by ADDNLIST LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Addnlist,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
By using Addnlist, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Nature of the Platform
Addnlist is an online classified listing platform.
We:
- Provide tools that allow users to post and browse listings
- Provide internal messaging functionality
We do not:
- Facilitate payments between users
- Process transactions between buyers and sellers
- Act as an escrow service
- Act as an agent, broker, dealer, auctioneer, or marketplace facilitator
- Guarantee any transaction
All transactions occur solely between users at their own risk.
3. User Accounts
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
You may not:
- Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions
- Impersonate another person
- Use automated systems to create accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
4. Listings & User Content
Users are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of their listings
- The legality of items offered
- Ownership of listed items
- Ensuring listings comply with applicable law
You may not post:
- Illegal items
- Stolen property
- Fraudulent listings
- Misleading or deceptive content
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
By posting content, you grant Addnlist a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content for platform purposes.
5. No Verification / No Background Checks
Addnlist does not verify user identities.
We do not conduct:
- Identity verification
- Background checks
- Criminal screenings
- Financial checks
We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information.
Users are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy of listings and counterparties.
6. User Trust Score (If Applicable)
Addnlist may display informational metrics based on user activity.
These metrics:
- Are automated
- Do not represent identity verification
- Do not guarantee reliability
- Are provided for informational purposes only
Addnlist makes no warranties regarding any trust score or rating system.
7. Paid Features
Addnlist may offer optional paid promotional services (e.g., listing boosts).
- Fees are one-time unless explicitly stated otherwise
- No subscription is created unless clearly disclosed
- Payment does not guarantee sale or engagement
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
Payments for platform services are processed by third-party providers.
Addnlist does not store full payment card details.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Engage in fraud or scams
- Use Addnlist for unlawful purposes
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Circumvent platform fees
- Scrape, harvest, copy, or extract data using automated tools
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Interfere with system security
Unauthorized data scraping or AI-based data harvesting is strictly prohibited.
9. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Transactions occur entirely between users
- In-person meetings carry inherent risks
- Addnlist has no control over user conduct
- Addnlist does not guarantee the safety of any meeting or transaction
You assume all risks associated with using the Services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
ADDNLIST DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OF LISTINGS
- SAFETY OF TRANSACTIONS
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
ADDNLIST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT DAMAGES
- CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- LOST PROFITS
- PERSONAL INJURY
- PROPERTY DAMAGE
- TRANSACTIONAL LOSSES
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of:
- $100 USD
OR - The amount you paid to Addnlist in the past 12 months
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some may not apply.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Addnlist, its officers, members, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from:
- Your listings
- Your transactions
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of law
13. Intellectual Property
All platform content, trademarks, branding, and software are owned by Addnlist or licensed to us.
You may not:
- Copy
- Reproduce
- Modify
- Distribute
- Create derivative works
Without prior written consent.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Fraudulent behavior
- Legal compliance reasons
You may stop using the Services at any time.
15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in the State of Florida.
- Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only
- No class actions permitted
- No jury trial
You waive the right to participate in class actions.
If arbitration is unenforceable, jurisdiction shall lie exclusively in courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Florida law governs these Terms.
16. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Addnlist and supersede prior agreements.
