At ADDNLIST Inc., we strive to provide a reliable and user-friendly marketplace experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for paid services offered on our platform.
1. Scope of Refunds
This Refund Policy applies only to one-time paid listing options purchased on ADDNLIST, including but not limited to:
- Boost Listing – increased visibility of a listing
- Extra Photos – additional photos for a listing
- Urgent Badge – visual label indicating urgent sale
All other services, including free listings and standard account access, are not eligible for refunds.
2. Refund Conditions
Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate purchase – the same listing option was accidentally purchased more than once.
- Technical errors – the paid service was not applied due to a technical issue on ADDNLIST’s side.
- Service not delivered – the purchased feature was not made available or did not function as described.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with results (e.g., a listing did not sell)
- Paid options that were used successfully (e.g., listing was boosted and viewed)
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, users must:
- Submit a written request within 14 days of purchase.
- Include the following information:
- Full name and email address associated with your ADDNLIST account
- Listing ID or transaction ID of the purchase
- Reason for the refund request

4. Refund Processing
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
- ADDNLIST reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy
ADDNLIST may update this Refund Policy at any time. All updates will be posted on the platform, and the effective date will be revised. Continued use of ADDNLIST after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
