Addnlist is designed to be a local listing platform where individuals can connect in a safe, respectful, and transparent environment. Every member plays a role in maintaining the integrity of the community.
By using Addnlist, you agree to follow the standards outlined below.
1. Respectful Communication
Addnlist encourages open, honest, and courteous communication between users.
You are expected to:
- Notify others promptly if you decide not to proceed with a transaction.
- Inform interested parties when an item is no longer available.
- Communicate clearly regarding meeting arrangements.
- Treat other users in a manner consistent with mutual respect.
Disagreements may occur. If an issue arises after a transaction conducted independently between users, we encourage both parties to attempt a reasonable and respectful resolution directly.
Addnlist is not a party to transactions between users and does not mediate disputes. However, users may contact us if platform rules have been violated.
2. Conduct That Is Not Allowed
The behaviors listed below are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in content removal, account restriction, suspension, or permanent termination.
A. Abusive or Disrespectful Conduct
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Hate speech or discriminatory language
- Profanity directed at other users
- Threats, intimidation, or encouragement of violence
- Vulgar, obscene, or sexually explicit messages or listings
- Defamatory statements
B. Harassment
Harassment of any kind is prohibited, including:
- Repeated unwanted contact
- Targeting users without intent to buy or sell
- Pressuring another user into completing a transaction
- Personal remarks unrelated to the listing
- Comments about physical appearance, relationships, or personal matters
- Any abusive, racist, sexual, or otherwise degrading language
C. Spam and Platform Misuse
Users may not:
- Send unsolicited promotional messages
- Distribute commercial advertisements without authorization
- Impersonate another user, business, or Addnlist representative
- Provide misleading or false information
- Misrepresent products or services
- Collect user data without permission
- Redirect users to external platforms for data harvesting
- Abuse reporting tools or safety features
- Post excessive listings while failing to respond to inquiries
Addnlist may investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action.
D. Profile Violations
User profiles must not contain:
- Offensive or vulgar usernames or images
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Unauthorized use of the Addnlist name, logo, or branding
- Personal contact information displayed publicly
- Private information about another individual
Addnlist reserves the right to modify or remove non-compliant profiles.
E. Fraudulent or Illegal Activity
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Providing false or misleading information
- Using the platform for scams or deceptive schemes
- Engaging in unlawful conduct while using Addnlist
- Violating applicable local, state, federal, or international laws
Addnlist cooperates with law enforcement when legally required.
3. Enforcement
Addnlist may remove any content that violates these standards at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
Depending on the severity or frequency of violations, actions may include:
- Warning notices
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Restriction of platform features
Repeated violations will result in stricter enforcement.

4. Appeals
If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal through the Contact Support section of the platform. Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Community Safety
Addnlist encourages users to report suspicious listings or inappropriate behavior.
Users may:
- Report content that violates platform rules
- Block other users to prevent further contact
Maintaining a safe and trustworthy listing environment is a shared responsibility.
